Some background to the story first:
Sheva had just moved back to NY from Australia after 6 years. They didn't recognize her driver's license, and she had no credit so couldn't rent an apartment. "It was very humbling to come back to your own country and have to start from zero."
She decided that every day, after dropping her daughter off at school she would visit 770, "the Rebbe's shul," and daven there.
Every time she would daven she would say the same thing, "Rebbe, I just moved back from Australia and I'm doing everything I can to move ahead. If there's anything specific I should be doing, please let me know, because I want to be doing it."
And then she would go off to do her daily business.
